Eastvale, California
Located on approximately 13 square miles in northwestern Riverside County, the City of Eastvale, California is a new community that has emerged between the cities of Norco and Chino. It is popular with persons who work in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, given its more affordable housing and proximity to the Los Angeles County line on the north and Orange County line to the south.
Between 1889 and 1954, the Fuller family owned about 6 square miles of ranch land on the north side of the Santa Ana River. Almost half of present-day Eastvale, was included within the Fuller ranch’s boundaries. Dairies in Eastvale, the Chino Valley and Ontario were owned and operated primarily by Dutch, Portuguese and Basque families. As school children graduated from the elementary school in Eastvale, they had to cross the river into Corona to attend the upper grades. Throughout much of the remainder of the 20th century, Eastvale remained a predominantly agricultural community. But eventually the farm land and dairies gave way to housing and shopping centers. Eastvale officially incorporated on October 1, 2010.

We work very hard to develop and nurture lasting relationships with our estate planning clients because estate planning is not something that is completed in one sitting and then forgotten – at least not when it is done properly. Instead, your estate plan is something that will need to be reviewed and updated throughout the course of your life as your needs and objectives change. When you first sit down to create an estate plan your primary concern may be simply ensuring that you do not leave behind an intestate estate. Consequently, a Last Will and Testament may be all you need. As you move through the various stages of your life, however, that Will may become inadequate to protect your assets and your loved ones. As such, you may find that you need to include additional components into your estate plan, such as an incapacity planning component or probate avoidance strategies. A trust may be needed to protect your minor child’s inheritance. As the value of your estate grows, you will need to consider tax avoidance and asset protection tools as well. Finally, as you look toward your “Golden Years,” you will want to incorporate your retirement plans and long term care planning into your estate plan. The estate planning team at Sandoval Legacy Group, A Professional Law Corporation would be honored to be your choice to help you with your unique estate planning needs.
