The coronavirus pandemic has stimulated many people to take steps to assure their finances and estate plans are up to date and express their current wishes. If you have never completed your estate plan or if it has been a few years since you last had your estate plan reviewed, we can give you some peace of mind that your finances are in order. Call our office at 951-787-7711 now to schedule your appointment.
WAYS TO CONDUCT YOUR MEETING WITH US
In-Person Meetings at Our Riverside Office
Throughout the pandemic, Dennis and a core team of his legal staff have continued to meet personally with clients in one of our conference rooms at the Riverside office. These meetings have gone well and we have been able to address the concerns of our clients who have a susceptibility to contracting coronavirus. Our conference room is disinfected before and after each meeting in an effort to make sure that all our clients and our staff remain safe.
Meetings at Other Sandoval Legacy Group Offices
As the call to open up the nation for business increases, we anticipate we will once again be scheduling in person meetings in our Corona, Murrieta, Newport Beach and San Diego offices. Call us at 951-787-7711 for more information about scheduling an appointment at one of these locations.
Meetings at Your Home or Other Facilities
In emergency circumstances, we can arrange for one of our paralegal notaries to come to your home to assist you in signing your documents. We can also go to other facilities if we are allowed access. To minimize the chance of contamination by anyone, the documents will be executed as quickly as possible and our employee will leave immediately thereafter. The paralegal will have the appropriate mask, gloves and clothing to minimize the chance of any contamination. The estate planning binder will be disinfected before and after the meeting.
The documents will be reviewed with you by one of our attorneys at a later date. This later meeting will be by either telephone call or video conferencing, unless you want to defer your meeting to a time when it is safe to meet in person at our office. If any changes need to be made after reviewing the documents, there will be no extra charge (unless you have changed your mind and want the documents prepared differently than what you originally told us). There may be an additional charge to have one of our paralegals or attorneys come to your home or other facility for a signing or other meeting.
Conference Call
We can have a telephone call with as many people participating as you desire to discuss the state of your current estate plan or to review an existing estate plan. We can also discuss your needs for a probate, conservatorship or trust administration. At the end of the meeting, we can advise how to best proceed in securing your finances and personal well-being.
Schedule a GoToMeeting or Zoom Meeting Session
Would you prefer to have a meeting where some or all of the participants can be seen and heard? We can schedule a video conference through either Zoom or GoToMeeting. During the meeting we can review your current estate plan or discuss the need for a new one. We can also any other services you might need, such as an accounting, a conservatorship, a probate or trust administration or tax advise. You would need access to a computer with a camera, microphone and access to the internet to participate in a video conference.
We are Open for Business and Here to Help!
As you can see, there are many ways we can meet with you to gather needed information, review documents and sign estate plans and other legal documents. At the Sandoval Legacy Group, we are here to try to bring you a little peace of mind in these chaotic times.
